Ownership

This portal — the SOM Report Generator — and every resource it is built from are the property of 1AITE B.V. That includes, without limitation, its source code, database design, page layouts and styling, graphics, icons, texts, and its report and PDF templates. These are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Access to the portal grants you a limited right of use only; it transfers no ownership, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Permitted use

The portal is made available to authorised users for one purpose: producing and retrieving reports on behalf of the organisation they represent. Accounts are personal — credentials may not be shared or transferred, and may not be used by anyone other than the person they were issued to.

What is not allowed

Without the prior written permission of 1AITE B.V., you may not:

copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of this portal or its resources;
reuse the portal, its code, design, or templates — in whole or in part — in another platform, product, or service;
reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the portal, or otherwise attempt to derive its source code;
scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content from the portal by automated means;
remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
give third parties access to the portal, or resell or sublicense that access.

Report data

The plant data uploaded to this portal and the reports generated from it remain the property of the client concerned. 1AITE B.V. processes that data solely to provide this service and claims no ownership of it.

Trademarks

The SOM name and logo are the property of their respective owner and are used in this portal with permission. The 1AITE name and logo are the property of 1AITE B.V.

Monitoring and enforcement

Use of this portal is logged. 1AITE B.V. may suspend or withdraw access for accounts used in breach of this notice, and will act against any infringement of its intellectual property rights.
